We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 2 business days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Standard shipping is typically via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground and you should allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please email email@example.com.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and method you select during the checkout process. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. BAM Bags,llc will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each.
BAM Bags,llc values your satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 30-days of the shipment date. No additional Shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser, when the merchandise was defective at no fault of your own.
If you simply would like to return a purchase because of change of mind, please email us your order number & reason for exchange prior to returning. Please write the order number and date of order in your email. Also include a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to call you to provide information. We will exchange your purchase for a different Size or Style Free of charge (you just pay for shipping to return the item you would like to exchange). If you would like to return the order, and not exchange for a different style or color, we will refund your money less 7% for handling fees (only when the original order included free shipping). All returns must be received within 15 days. Returns must be unused, unsoiled and in perfect condition. Items which have been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up. laundered or missing the tags will be returned back to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims. Authorized exchanges are usually shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If the item you request is out of stock, a BAM Bags® representative will contact you to select another style/color or receive a refund.
